With over two decades in the financial services industry and a background in coaching financial advisor teams to peak performance, Daniela possesses valuable insights into the tools and techniques essential for entrepreneurs and professionals to run and grow successful practices and departments. Her commitment to fostering positive change resonates in her dedication to helping individuals navigate the complexities of their professional journeys. With a career spanning since 2005 in the Financial Services industry, Daniela has navigated through the highs and lows, gaining valuable experience working on high-performing teams and coaching entrepreneurs. This journey has equipped her with the tools, mindset, and execution strategies to inspire others, impacting their practices and team building endeavors. Having guided hundreds of individuals to shine and thrive in both professional and personal realms, Daniela brings a wealth of expertise and guidance to her pursuits.

Daniela lives in Monroe, Connecticut with her loving Husband Eric, two wonderful daughters Gabriela and Giada, and a sweet shorkie dog Frankee.
